Our Rates

General Rates:

Standard Triple (Max 3 people) or Double room (Max 2 people):
Starting from R 975.00 per room per night.
(High Season rates differ)
Rondawel (Max 2 people) - *Minimum 2-night stay
Starting from R 1300.00 per room per night.
(High Season rates differ)
Chalet (Max 2 people) - *Minimum 2-night stay
Starting from R 1500.00 per room per night.
(High Season rates differ)

Kids Rate:

0 – 8 years – Free 9 years and up – Full price * We have 5 room that are equipped with a Single and Double bed. These are known as our triple rooms.

Long Stay Rates:

* Long stay bookings only apply for our General rates and are not applicable during the high season, school holidays or over a long weekend. 1 – 2 Nights at normal rate 3 Nights – 5% discount on total of booking. 4 Nights – 10% discount on total of booking. 5 Nights and more – 15% discount on total of booking.
*Not applicable when specials are running. * Prices are subject to change without prior notice * Linen and towels included, pool towels not included * No meals included in above rates * Wood and Ice available at the lodge at an extra cost

Terms & Conditions:

*Conservation fees are not included in the accommodation rates and are R 100 per adult and R 50 per child, R 50 per vehicle payable on final exit of the reserve. (subject to change without prior notice) *A deposit of 40% is required to secure the booking. No booking/room will be reserved for longer than 24hrs without 40% deposit being paid. Booking/room will be released is payment and proof are not sent within the 24hrs. *Balance of 60% deposit to be paid at the latest 7 days prior to check in or in Cash on arrival. No keys will be given to guests unless full payment has been received. *Check in time: Any time after 2pm - 6pm (unless otherwise arranged) *Check out time: Strictly 10am (unless a late check out has been arranged)
*No Pets *No Music allowed on property *Children under 3 are not allowed on the guided game drives. *All rooms are NON-SMOKING. *Group bookings and special rates available on request. *Honey Lodge is in a Malaria Free area. *When on a self-drive route – self-drive route regulations apply. *Guests can enjoy a 6km self-drive route on the Honey Lodge Property

Cancellation Conditions:

*Refunds will only be processed on weekdays between 8am and 4pm - Honey Lodge admin office is not open on weekends.
* A refund will only be processed 24hrs - 48hrs after payment has been made to allow funds to reflect in the account - even if it is an immediate payment.
*After confirmation cancellations will be charged as follows:
*Cancellations made 7 days prior to check in, 40% or full amount if paid will be refunded less 10% handling fee.
*Cancellations made within the 7 days prior to check in will be forfeited. *If you leave once you have checked in, due to your own free will, we will still charge you for 1 night or however long you stay and then the balance will be considered for refund at the lodge’s discretion less the 10% handling fee. *If you leave after check in due to an emergency, we are happy to reschedule your stay with us. *Cancellations must be done in writing via email. *You will be charged for the full amount of people you have booked for unless you cancel within the appropriate cancellation period. *All refunds will be at the lodge’s discretion.

• Group booking and special prices available on request • Honey Lodge is in a Malaria Free Area • Guests can enjoy a 6km Self Drive Game Drive on the Honey Lodge Property • No Music allowed on the property. • Dinokeng conservation fees: R 100 per Adult, R50 per child and R50 per vehicle payable on final exit of the reserve at the entrance gates. (Subject to change without prior notice)
* Self Drive Permits can be purchased at the Gate to the Reserve.
